I'm on Ubuntu 20.04.03 LTS, and the USB-C to DP adaptor is pumping out 4K@60hz, but the HDMI port on 4K@30Hz. The i7-10750H has HDMI 2.0a support, which means it should output at 60Hz. So I'm not sure why this is the case.
