Web7 jul. 2024 · I have a surface pro one. A few days ago i did a factory reset and its been working fine. However today i tried logging in and it won't type letters only numbers. So i can't login. I've tried using the attached keyboard, an external (usb) keyboard and even the onscreen keyboard. It only types numbers no letters.
